In addition to providing training in core skills, we use your bi-annual evaluations on your performance to help you build your career path and select appropriate training. Evaluation forms, coupled with individual discussions with managers and seniors, form the basis for identifying training needs within the organisation, as well as the level of remuneration at employee level.
