Please note that all jobs require at least 80% travel.  Please note also that all job locations are not static and may change as customer and company needs require.

We always need experienced business analysts.  These positions require:

·          Prior Business Analysis experience

·          Facilitation experience

·          Working knowledge of UML

·          Business requirements and user interface requirements

·          Business process reengineering experiences

·          Experience translating business requirements into system requirements

·          Knowledge of US Employee Benefits

·          Knowledge around best practice employee benefits

·          Knowledge of creating web portals

·          Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

·          Experience with OmniPlus is preferred.

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Ability to interact with clients on a daily bases

·          Prior consulting experience or related work experience
