Business analysis
Business has always been complex, but it is more so today than ever before. All companies are subject to international economic influences and compete in a world-wide marketplace, the technology of business is becoming more complex, the timeframe for taking action is shrinking, and there are social and financial constraints. Business Analysis assists the business to examine the high-level business requirements and includes an identification of needs, boundaries and resources to satisfy these constraints. Our Practice 
The IQ Business Group’s business analysis approach entails moving a project from its initial state of uncertainty to a clearly defined and agreed upon set of requirements, using the skills and toolsets gained from experience. Flexible and adaptive, our business analysis function will adopt and implement our clients’ chosen methodology, or alternatively apply the IQ methodology should there be no methodology in place. Deliverables during the Business Analysis phase include the development of the business requirements specification and designing and implementing the user interface of the solution.
